The Incube Institute is a non-partisan, non-profit organization, created in 2020, with the mission of defending democracy, social justice, and the construction of a just, ethical, and peaceful country.

We work to strengthen civil society organizations and collectives that advocate for social justice, diversity, inclusion, and equality.

Who does

We have a diverse team, belonging to different social movements, composed of an Executive Board and an operational team, whose activities are monitored by the Fiscal Council.

Projects

We work on the implementation and management of projects with cultural, social, environmental, and human rights impact. Currently, these projects are spread across several states in all regions of the country, and we also work in partnership with organizations from different countries.

Transparency

We want to guarantee trust, transparency, and sustainability for our partners. For us, it is fundamental that the financial and legal efficiency of management is synchronized with social transformation, fostering a sustainable environment.
