Our Operations
We've created a method that allows us to operate with a lean structure, capable of ensuring safety and efficiency, while simultaneously maintaining close and constant support and alignment. To achieve this, we have several internal tools that are updated in real time, as well as weekly project meetings, monthly institutional meetings, and semi-annual immersion sessions with the entire board incube. We conduct annual audits and use these opportunities to review and improve our processes, always considering the speed and security of operations.
Currently, we have over 200 partner civil society organizations in the fields of philanthropy, human rights, democracy, ethnic-racial issues, the environment, public safety, education, political innovation, and others. We serve organizations in more than 11 Brazilian states and partner with 30 funders.
