Our Projects

Active 2_4x.png

The projects of the Incube Institute aim to democratize access to resources in a broad way: it is not enough to access the resources, the sharing of accumulated knowledge is essential.

This knowledge can come from indigenous communities that have been producing very unique ways and technologies of economics for centuries, as well as from Incube itself, which since 2020 has been promoting a Black way of doing work in the field of third sector management.

As the philosopher, writer, and quilombola leader Antonio Bispo dos Santos states in his book "The Land Gives, the Land Wants": "Having mastered the technique of training, I soon realized that, to confront colonialist society, at times we need to transform the enemy's weapons into defense (...) to transform the art of domination into an art of defense, we decided to dominate as well."

The training programs offered by Incube are based on recognizing the knowledge already present in organizations and on listening as a guiding principle. Drawing on popular education and a counter-colonial perspective, we propose training processes that value exchange, collective construction, and critical questioning of structures.

Our meetings address key management themes in the third sector, such as formalization, accounting, budget planning, accountability, and good administrative and financial practices. More than just passing on content, we seek to strengthen institutional autonomy and management as a tool for social transformation.

Partnerships providing technical and specialized support for the administrative and financial management of projects of various kinds.

A collective workspace, training center, and meeting place for the third sector.
