The Incube Institute works to facilitate access to resources, transparency and democratization of knowledge, and administrative and financial processes geared towards the third sector.
We are funded by individuals, companies, investment income, foundations, and the voluntary support of professionals. Approximately 90% of investments are guaranteed by foundations that fund different projects.
Our purpose is to guarantee the trust, transparency, and sustainability of our partner organizations. To achieve this, we have structured a solid operational base, composed of specialists in the accounting, financial, and legal fields, in addition to the support of consultants in management and the dynamics of the social field.
We believe that administrative efficiency cannot be separated from social transformation. Therefore, we seek to align technical consistency and commitment to impact, contributing to the construction of a fairer, more powerful, and sustainable ecosystem.
We submitted our financial and accounting controls to an external audit, aiming to improve internal controls, financial security, and corporate governance.

To contribute to the field of trans studies in academia by disseminating the work of previously invisible trans authors.
Institute for the Defense of the Black Population
Date: 01/12/2024 Funding Number: 16/2024/CGJR/SENAD Agency: MINISTRY OF JUSTICE AND PUBLIC SECURITY Value: R$ 416,000.00 Objective: This initiative is an extension program, built and executed in a network, to be carried out by the Institute for the Defense of the Black Population, in partnership with and within the scope of the Federal Fluminense University. The proposed extension course covers a wide range of topics in the legal field from a racialized perspective, seeking to provide participants with an in-depth and critical understanding of the social, racial, and political issues that permeate the Brazilian legal system, with a special focus on drug policy, both nationally and in Latin America.
